Faraya – Mzaar : Located in the heart of the Mount Lebanon , Faraya is distant 40 KM and Ouyoune El Simane 46 KM from Beirut , and it would take about 1:15 hours by car to reach the resort . Faraya is the name of the village just below the actual slopes in Ouyoun El Simane –Kfarzebian ,it is the best –equiped and most popular resort of Lebanon . Skiers , snowboarders , snowmobile addicts , cross-country lovers and paragliders come to Faraya from all parts of the country . Starting at 1850 am , you may reach the 2456m top of Mzaar and enjoy the breathtakjng view over the colorful Bekaa valley , Mount Hermon of the Anti-Lebanon and other peaks like Laqlouq and the Cedars . Coastal towns and even Beirut the capital might be seen on a clear day . Season usually starts late in December and lasts until April .
Slopes are open from 08.00 AM till 03.30 PM on weekdays and 04.00 PM during weekends. Faraya –Mzaar witnesses various competitions and ski events throughout the season . 12 different slopes levels , from biginners to experts , are available and served by : - 2 snow wire lifts , 3 one person ski lifts , 2 two –seaters chairlifts , 3 three-seater chairlifts , 1four-seater chairlift . Faraya Program (5 days /4 nights ) Day 01 : Arrival at Beirut International airport . Meet and assist at the airport by our representative. Transfer to the hotel in Faraya for check in and overnight . Day 02 : Full day skiing . Dinner and overnight at the hotel . Day 03 : Full day Skiing . Dinner and overnight at the hotel . Day 04 : full day skiing . Dinner and overnight at the hotel . Day 05 : Check out from the hotel transfer to the airport for departure and flight back .
